Dale and Paul are always reliable and very straight forward. If there is a problem that is an unnecessary expense or can wait until the next tune-up or inspection they will tell you. My wife introduced me to these guys. It is one of the rare shops that doesn't "talk down" to women and doesnt treat every guy as if he has the gear head gene racing through his system. Opeka's is a rare and valuable find.

I have been using them for over 30 years. They have worked on Acura, Honda and MB for me. If they can do the job they do it well. If they can't, they tell you to take it to a dealer. If they think you know cars, they will work with you to get what you want. I am thinking especially of getting a correct four wheel alignment that isn't quite stock. They will allow you to order parts/tires if they can't get them as cheaply as you can. At least, they have allowed me to do that, but I use strange tires and have a 25 year old MB. My wife thinks they charge too much, but she thinks everybody charges too much; she is probably correct. I did have a body shop situation. I needed some aluminum work done. They offered to do it by replacing body panels instead of straightening them. It would have cost more to use them. Plus, they don't have a lot (any?) aluminum experience and that can be tricky.

This company is a family business, recently modernized, and well known in this area for quality work, both mechanical and body work with fair prices. What more is there.

This company was founded by John Opeka, a WWII vet and is now run by his son. They do quality work at a fair price. What I most like is that they don't try to push extra or unneeded work. I have been taking my cars to them for many years.
