I have been taking my car to Palmyra Auto for several years now and they always have given a fair price and great service. The problem is always fixed right the first time and they don't add on any unneccesary repairs or procedures. I started going to Palmyra Auto after I took my new car to the dealer for the first year for scheduled maintenance and was paying more than my monthly car payment to change the oil! I have recommended this garage to several of my friends and family and have only heard positive comments from them, too.

If you need major mechanical work on any vehicle, especially Japanese models, Palmyra Auto Service is a reputable establishment that has a proven record of service. Like any repair, get several estimates from various shops, do some research on the web about your problem and then finalize your discussions with the shop you choose to insure that what is proposed will fix you problem within the estimate given. That is what I did with my Mazda, with satisfactory results.

This shop is GREAT: friendly, extremely competent, and never repair things unless they need it. They often do the work for 1/2 to 1/3 the price I was quoted by another garage. A friend from Washington DC travels here to have them work on his car (he's even towed a car here from DC to have them work on it)--they're that good. I've called them from 100's of miles away to see if they can help diagnose a problem so I know what to expect as a reasonable diagnosis from whatever garage I'm near. I don't take my car anywhere else if at all possible. The one slight drawback is that of course they are always booked for at least a week but they always try to work you in for emergencies. If you live in the area, or even in DC, you won't find a better place to take your car.

Clutches installed below most estimates (and I've put in a bunch!). Will ALWAYS talk with you and provide alternatives routes of repair, if necessary. All the staff from secretaries to mechanics to the owners are beyond pleasant!

They are all super friendly and take time to talk to customers to explain the problem and the solution. Very reasonable prices. The only problem is that it takes a while to get in to the shop (about a week or so). But it's worth the wait to do so.

Palmyra Auto Service took care of 3 different cars I owned. I like Byron and the guys so much that I bought a car from the used lot attached to the garage. They took care of any problems I found without any problems and gave me a loaner car while they did the work. They are honest and fair and ALWAYS busy - a testament to their good work. You won't be disappointed!

A very easy going, but very professional group. No one else will every touch my cars again. They are very good at what they do, very honest, but still down to earth. To this country boy, I feel comfortable and welcome there.

As a student at Lebanon Valley College, I really didn't know any car shops in the area. My tire got punctured, and I needed it patched. I called in, stopped by, and they fixed it for me. Not only that, but they explained what they fixed about it. Very friendly. If I have any problems again, I'll be heading back!
