The only thing my mother-in-law and I agree on is the high quality of this repair shop and the competence of John, the mechanic.

They always do the work they say they are going to do, and give a fair evaluation
of potential trouble spots, but they don't push for a lot of extras. They have
fixed some problems that I thought were major with a simple solution that didn't
cost a lot of money. If, for some reason, they can't handle something, they say
they can't do it and make a referral. Their price seems fair and is always lower
than the dealer's shop, without the dealer's constant pushing for more extras
and special work.
The owner regularly supports local activities such as food banks and other good
causes.
