There's a comfortable large waiting room with telephone, sodas, ample seating, Legos for kids. The service rep comes into the waiting room to explain the situation and ask for your decision -- in person, not "John Doe please pick up the ringing service phone!" They keep accurate records and are fair. Once when I lost a hubcap on the way home after a brake job, they replaced all four hubcaps free, saying the mechanic must not have fastened that one tightly. I have used both New Holland Toyota and Lancaster Toyota Mazda, sometimes for the same problem after poor service at Lancaster Toyota Mazda, and there's no comparison. New Holland is the one to choose.

New Holland Toyota has the best service of any car company I have ever dealt with. If you buy any car there, new or used, you get free lifetime state inspection and a free oil change. They give people a tour of their service department from top to bottom. They rotated tires for free and looked at maintenance items. I work 20 miles away from New Holland and when they inspected my car, they gave me a brand new Prius to drive to work and did not charge me extra- not even for the gas! They had me on my way in less than 5 minutes! The prices are reasonable and the work is necessary. The waiting area is state of the art with internet access and a big screen television. The best part is the sales manager- Rob Vital - who is involved in not only selling the car but in the service as well - for the lifetime of the car.

I have had both Fords, Lincolns, and Toyotas serviced here and always gotten very good service with attention to details. I can't think of anytime when I was not completely satisfied. I have done every kind of maintenance, repair, and rebuild on many different cars, so I know what needs to be done, and they do what I ask and do it well.
