I didn't answer the "screwed up" question because in all the years we have been taking our vehicles to them I can't remember any mistakes. I have a 1999 VW Golf. At times when there have been electrical problems I have needed to take it to a dealer as they don't have the particular diagnostic equiptment. Being a woman, I have been to service centers where I am sure they ripped me off. But I have always been treated with the utmost respect and have had repairs needed explained to me. When I get my car inspected they tell me if I will be needing brakes or tires before the next inspection. I have always apprecited Wentz Service Center and have recommended them to others.

This shop is owned and operated by two brothers. I highly recommend them for their integrity. They do not take advantage of those who are not mechanically inclined. They are competent and honest. They are good listeners and communicate well. If they believe that they do not have the necessary equipment and/or expertise to effect needed repairs, they will outline the problem, explain why they cannot handle it, recommend a shop that can do the specialized work required, and, if desired, will even make the appointment for you. Though very seldom, if there is a mechanical failure due to their work, they will correct it at no charge. If it is due to a part's failure, they will do what is necessary to get replacement(s) at no charge (or pro rata, if applicable). These are just exceptionally good people to deal with. Their customers repect them very highly. For example, last winter a motorist lost control of her car, crashed into one of the work bays, and destroyed some of their equipment. Of course, insurance coverage took care of the physical damage. But their customer base responded as well to assist in getting the business back in shape. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
