Mike is a really nice guy. He reminds me of Grizzly Adams. Or, if he lets his beard grow longer, he could double for one of the ZZ-Top guys. Anyway, Mike worked for the local Mazda dealership for many years. Later, he opened his own repair shop a few miles away and has been happily servicing all the Mazda cars in the area. (The Mazda dealership has gone out of business and Mike is the only one around who really knows how to fix the cars they sold.) But, my family has now started buying Subarus, and Mike has been able to fix all of the problems that our new cars have presented him with. Really, I see Mike working on all makes of cars when I go to his shop. An added plus...Mike does not own a race car and he does not jack up his prices (sorry for the pun) to subsidize some extravagant hobby (although he does have a fifth-wheel camper and enjoys camping on the weekends at Grose's Campground...just up the road...you should check that out too!) Mike is a good guy who just wants to run an honest shop and keep people happy.
