Pete(forget his last name), the service manager, has been particularly helpful in keeping my 2004 Pontiac Montana on the road by fixing what is necessary as cheaply as possible and telling what I can live with safely. When my load leveler went bad, they unhooked it and replaced it with shocks which work fine and were cheaper.
