These guys were great. We had a vehicle towed to their shop when it was closed and left them a note as to what was wrong. They promptly diagnosed the problem which turned out to be inexpensive to rectify. No huge diagnostic fee, no attempts to befuddle my wife with car lingo, just a working car. They even spotted some areas of concern we were unaware of, but did not run the guilt routine to try and make a few extra bucks at that time. As a result we are bringing the car back to them for the suggested repairs.

The shop is called Rick's but it is owned by Billy. I cannot say enough about the shop and the employees there. They provide the kind of service you expect and always treat you like a valued customer. We moved to this area some time ago and the shop was recommended to us when we needed some emergency work, we were over a barrel and expecting to be taken advantage of. This never happened and in fact they went the extra mile to get our car back to us as fast as possible. Since then we have not taken out vehicles anywhere else. This shop and the employees are worth your business.

I'm a car idiot, perhaps more of an idiot than that, and my passenger side windshield wiper was broken. I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't turn. I brought it to Rick, and he simply removed the cover over the wiper cam, and pushed slightly down on the wiper so that it fit more tightly on the cam. He let me off with no charge, and didn't even laugh in my face.

We have a small business and Rick used to work on all of our trucks/cars, all makes & models. I found him to be honest and reliable. If he made a bad call, which was seldom, he didn't try to hide it or stiff me. When he moved to his present location we parted ways, but I always felt comfortable with his work.
