If you have a small problem, you can bring in the car and have it attended to on the spot. If you just want an oil change, etc. you can schedule an early morning appointment and wait. Russ's wife, Shelley, attends the desk and is very pleasant.

Russ Ferrante is extremely competent with both domestic and foreign cars. Moreover, he is extremely honest, always offering the customer the best mechanical option and the most reasonable price. I have owned many types of cars and lived in seven different states and I have never found someone as accommodating, honest, and reliable.

I love them; they are honest and nice and helpful. They
have been my mechanics for years. I especially like how
Russ takes the time to explain what is going on with you
car, without talking down to you.

Russ Ferrante and his wife were very friendly and accomodating. Russ
explained exactly what needed fixing, and why, then charged me a
reasonable and fair amount.
The service station's close proximity to the R100 line also makes
transportation very simple.
I will certainly be a return customer.

I took my car in for its 40K mile scheduled maintenance,
and Russ and his wife were very friendly. Easy to set up an
appointment, and the location is right across from the
Ardmore R100 line.
I'd asked if they could install some OEM parts I'd brought
and they had no problems with that. I know many dealers and
service stations mark up the price of the parts for extra
profit -- that's fine -- but I like shops that are happy
for your business, even if it means they don't make as much
money.
I'm also a bit of a difficult customer. I brought a printed
list of the maintenance schedule, and made notes on what
I'd done myself (filters, spark plugs) and what I wanted
them to do. Russ had no problems with that, and we talked
through the list of items, and that's exactly what he did.
When he called to say the work was complete, there were no
surprises, no unexpected problems with the car, and the
maintenance was done and noted for warranty purposes. I
couldn't get to the shop before it closed, so I paid by
credit card over the phone, and Russ left the invoice and
my key locked in the car for easy pick up later, since I
had an additional key with me.
Good work, good service, very nice people. I'll be seeing
them when it's time to replace the timing belt. Very much
recommend them.

A friend told me about Russ and Tom (his assistant), and there's not a lot about cars they don't know. They are always fair and honest.

I used to live uphill of their shop, and so when my car
wouldn't start in the morning, I could get a good push from
someone and roll all the way down the block to their garage!
Now I live about 5 miles away, but after almost 25 years of
repairs, I still keep coming back to them -- everything from
oil changes to flat tires, to timing belts, clutches, and
blown head gaskets. I've always been satisfied! Keep up
the good work Russ & Shelly!
