Mike and his dad Ed are very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful. Although they are guys, they listen to what my wife says and treat she with respect and honesty. We have been taking our cars to them for years: Nissan, Chrysler, Ford and Subaru. They are not the cheapest, but neither are they expensive. I am willing to spend a little bit more to deal with people I would be comfortable to have as friends, which they are. They are open and honest about the options, and do what they can to save us money and avoid unnecessary repairs. Not only will they give us a ride, theyll often come to the house to get the car and drop it off when they are finished! Accidents happen to everyone. In the 12 years that we have been taking both cars to them, they have damaged a car twice. They were very upfront about it and made the repairs at their expense and our convenience. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

We have been taking our cars to Ed and Mike for repair for many years and have been completely satisfied with their work. The only complaint that we have is that their shop can be almost impossible to get to especially on bad days as the driveway is very steep.

These guys have been taking care of my family's cars for over a decade - Volkswagen, Subaru, Toyota, Ford, Nissan. The most important thing for me when dealing with a mechanic is that I feel that I can trust them. I'm a young woman and (not to feed into stereotypes, but) I'm clueless about cars. They always take the time to explain exactly what they did and why and answer any questions, and they really seem to enjoy doing it. It's a real conversation: Mike asks how the family is doing and tells you about the car. A few times they've missed something, or some part wasn't quite right - they always fix it, no problems, no hassle. Totally trustworthy. They're gems. The only caveat is that their driveway is pretty steep and must be approached with some care. (We joke that they're drumming up business) We've never had a problem, though, and half the time they'll drive it home for us. We'll come home to find the car just wating for us in our driveway.

Mike is the best! He even fixed his driveway, so it's not so bad to climb the cliff to his garage.
