I went off the road on a rainy day and snapped a tie rod on my '97 Toyota Tercel. Den and an assistant came to tow me and offered to do the repair at a reasonable price. (Keep in mind- this was at about 6:00 at night and the shop was closed at the time- that's what makes this last part so nice.) They took me back to the shop and immediately gave me an estimate of about $445 for the repairs, showing me on the computer what might need to be done and the price of the parts and labor. This happened on a Tuesday, and they said that they would have it done by Friday. What actually happened was this: they had it done on WEDNESDAY (keep in mind this happened AFTER closing, the night before!), and for around $225! This, to me, proved how honest they were- they could have taken me for that whole amount they had quoted and how would I have known? I also liked the fact that they didn't treat me like a stupid woman, like so many places in the York area are wont to do. The shop was very clean and neat, and the people are fabulous! I'll be going back again!

We unfortunately bought our 16 yr. old son a 1999 VW Jetta @ an auction. It had 29,000 miles & was in perfect condition. The car of his dreams. NOT...Shortly after the purchase, things started to happen very quickly. We've spent about $4,000. on the car & it has only 3,500 miles on it. Dens did a wonderful job in repairing some of the problems but things just kept happening to it. New trans, window broke, air conditioner, battery just to name a few. Some of these repairs were done @ York VW for a small fortune until we found Dens. They also worked on our Pathfinder that was damaged in the driveway when a tree limb fell on it. Den found a used roof top instead of charging us for a new one. They were great. Anyone want to buy a great looking Jetta???
