I am a paraplegic (I should have had Schultze do my back surgery and I would be walking or at least my second surgery would have been free). Anyway, my wife has had to take on some responsibilities that I used to have and one of these is to keep our van running. We had owned a Plymouth Voyager with 180,000 miles on it when it became senile and crossed over to junk status. Schultze kept that van on the road and in a safe condition for at least two years past its normal life. My wife was never sniggered at for asking a question about rattles (in a 1988 Voyager you've got noises coming out of everywhere), or taken advantage of when she saw fluid leaks (radiator overflow from overheating), or insulted in any way. They even did some minor repairs for no charge.
