The Crilly's have been working on my vehicles since my old
mechanic relocated. I own a small business and have a
number of trucks & cars of different makes including a
couple really old trucks from the 40's. I think the work
they do is excellent. They know our trucks are how we make
a living & they make a strong effort to keep us on the road
and cut the down time. Mike has been working on our
vehicles for 10 years or more and has yet to dissappoint
me. I believe him to be honest and trustworthy like a boy
scout of mechanics. Always professional and straight
forward. Plus, my Mom takes her car there and she loves
him. Enough said.

I have been a customer of Crilly's with my other vehicles
(Toyota Land Crusier & BMW 5 Series) but brought in my
Lexus GX470 for this diagnostic & repair.
First went to the Lexus Dealer for a routine oil change.
The service mgr appeared 90 minutes later with bad
news..."Mr. R. I'm afraid your front brakes are in
horrendous shape, your calipers are frozen and your rotors
are shot. It's a danger to drive. The repair is going to
run you about $1700, but he will lend me a car during
service.
I was traveling that weekend and rented a car. When I
returned I called Crilly's. They diagnosed only 2 frozen
calipers and an uneven wear to the brake pads but it
actually would pass inspection. Crilly's recommended
relacing the calipers, pads and rotors very soon (which we
scheduled in two weeks), but, get this, at approx. 1/3rd the
cost and I'm not talking with cheap replacement parts.
I've worked with Crilly's since 2006 and have always been
satisfied with their service. This event confirms that I'll
be a client for life, even for future oil changes, and even
though they are located 25 miles from my home. I'll only
return to the Lexus dealer for the free car washes each
month.
Good luck!
