A year or three ago, Center Valley Auto Group bought out Ray Roman Auto Repair, and many people still know the business by Ray's name. Ray and Doug and the gang are good people who do good work. They are sincere, competent, and friendly. They care about giving the customer good value for the price. Also, Ed, the guy who created Center Valley Auto Group, always has a few used cars for sale out front. It's his custom to do any appropriate work on the cars before selling them, so it's a good place to buy a used car at a fair price, knowing that Ray has gone over it. Good place to do business. I feel well treated there.

Ray and Doug have taken care of our cars for years. It's a real advantage that I can drive a car to Ray for Repair and walk back to my house. The work is always good and they don't fix something that isn't broken. This can be a problem -- sometimes -- for example on days when I think that a little preventive maintenance is a good thing. But overall, they know their business -- especially non-US cars. Their motto is (or used to be) "imports aren't foreign to us". Good mechanics, good work, fair pricing. It's a good place to go.
