I've only been to the shop twice but I have spoken to them on the phone several times and have found them to be really competant. They are giving me prices well below(like 30- 50%) the Saturn dealer that I go to(went to) gave me. They have done good work and seem to give me an honest deal, like putting the cable back on that had slipped off instead of replacing the cable and telling me that it was broken. They are also polite and thank me for the business and take the time to tell me what they did!

One morning I noticed a tire was low on air, so stopped in
this shop along the road. Plugged the tire gratis, and it
turned out that the owner and I were high school classmates
long ago and far away. Since that time, Mike has gotten
100% of my mechanical and body work business. Impeccably
honest and entirely competent. Best part is if these guys
don't know they tell you that up front.
