I'm 74 years old and my wife and I have lived in several towns/cities over the years where we have always used "neighborhood mechanics" and I can say unequivocally that Ken's is the best we have ever seen or used. I mention my wife because for the last couple of years I have been having her take our car to have it serviced to gain the experience in the event I will pre-decease her. As I indicated in the survey, the people at Ken's do treat male and female customers the same. They take appointments, which my wife likes (as do I) and they take you in with a minimum wait time and have you in and out with no delays. By the way, Ken's address is: 220 S. Pacific Hwy in Woodburn; and their phone number is 503-981-3550

It is so great not to have to dread taking the car in for service. These people are knowledgeable, friendly, fast -- everything good. The kind you bake cookies for -- and we do!
