This is a garage that was bought from M&P Auto/Truck
Specialists. I have found the change unsettling because
they did extra work when I took my car in for an oil change
without first calling and getting approval. It was the
change of an air filter and because of my very limited
income my month's budget was impacted even though they only
charged me what I would have paid to buy the same part at
Walmart. I trusted M&P without hesitation. That trust has
been lost with Sutherlin Autocare and I will not go back.
They claim to have the same mechanics but if the management
is dishonest that doesn't mean much. I simply do not trust
them to be honest with me.
