Joel often has his father helping out. They are both open and friendly, small town people who stop and take time to talk to you. If Joel isn't certain about fixing something he will tell you that he isn't sure but will take a look and call around if he needs to to get additional advice or information. Sometimes he will suggest that you probably take it to a dealer. He usually sets a time to bring in your vehicle and has it ready when he promised or lets you know ahead of time. He never makes you feel stupid about asking silly questions.
