They only do the work that is needed and tell you what work can wait, like the brakes on my Ford Ranger. They had a about 20,000 miles left in them, they told me so and then in about a year they sent me a reminder about the brakes. I have called them on the phone and they know every vehicle I have taken there and can recite exactly what they did to them. They also review your vehicles with you to see if you have changed vehicles or need further work. If they know of a shop that can do something cheaper like a battery place or does quality work they can't like transmission rebuilds they don't hesitate to recommend them. The customer is #1 and they work hard to explain your options. They also do their best to stay within your budget and complete work as quick as they can to get you back on the road. I had some urgent repairs I needed done before a trip and they blocked out every appointment time they had open and devoted most of their time and resources just to fix my Dodge Ramcharger.
