I've owned two MN12 Mercury Cougars, a 1968 Ford F-250, and
I currently have a 2001 Hyundai XG300L. These guys have
worked on all of my cars (and the friend's cars that I've
brought there including Acura, Suzuki, Chevrolet, Chrysler,
and Toyota) for several years. They do a great job, are
very honest and truly nice guys.
I've only had one problem they couldn't find and that was
with my 1992 Mercury Cougar... It made an odd clunking
noise every time I went over a small bump. I had them
replace all the bushings, the rear end, the suspension, and
various other things on the car with hopes that the problem
would eventually go away. They had the car for two days
trying to find the problem... Mike (the manager) didn't
charge for the two days the car spent there or for the hours
the guys put in to find this strange noise that bothered the
mechanics more than it bothered me!
They're always honest, stick to their estimates (unless they
charge less or find something else wrong, which happened a
couple of times due to the fact that I like Fords!), and
really provide a great level of customer service.
