Great shop. Got the work done on time within the price range expected. They offer all kinds of good free advice and use top shelf parts, no cheepies. Love these guys and will offer them all the work on my 97 Soob that I can't do.

The first time I went to these guys, I told them that my brakes were squeaking and I thought I probably needed new brakes. They returned my car to me without doing any work and told me how many more miles my brakes had on them. It amazed me that they did not take advantage of this obviously potentially profitable situation. I've been going to them ever since and they've never let me down!

The mechanic worked on previous Subarus I owned while working at a different shop. He and his son opened this shop and I followed them. I've always gotten good service and often come away with no charges or minor ones. They are good at checking out the vehicle for future problems so I can budget accordingly.

Best shop I've ever been to. Once I came in for an oil change, and before even getting into my car, the shop owner says "I think we're going to have to fix your passenger-side CV-joint". After he put the car up on the lift, he showed me where the CV-joint boot had split and was throwing grease onto the exhaust heat shield. He explained that he had smelled the burning grease when I drove up. I'm still impressed. :)

Awesome service, very up front and friendly. I was going to get rid of my Subaru because I thought the necessary repairs would cost an arm and a leg, but thanks to S.I.R., ol' blubaru is still on the road with me at the wheel, and money in my pocket. I will definitely be giving S.I.R. all my repair business in the future.

I called to make last-minute pre-purchase inspection for a Monday, but their shop is closed that day. However, the friendly and helpful guy on the phone recommended 3 other shops without me asking. He also gave me tips on what aspects to have looked at for my particular Subaru Model. Very helpful.

Never having owned a Subaru before I wasn't sure where to go. After checking Mechanic Files, I found one that was close and I liked what the comments where. So based on that I made a mental note for when I needed service. That happened sooner, I drove unscheduled ( as the car wouldn't restart once off) Anyway Rich took me in and told me the up front price and was to be ready that afternoon. As it turned out it needed a an ignition switch. However with the 175K plus, it was a matter if time before that would go out as well (they bench tested the old one) Anyway they saved me money as they had a good used one there. Plus I received 2 discounts as well! As busy as they are, they took the time out to fit me in, and do the job and for that I am well be a customer from now on!

These guys are the best. I never thought that I could really love my mechanic, but Richie has made me swoon! He has gone out of his way numerous times just to help me diagnose a problem (for free!) or to get a seemingly impossible part for my Subaru. They are honest and fair, and better yet- they just opened up a second shop mere blocks from my house! I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. I pity my friends that don't have Subarus, simply because I can't share with them my truly awesome mechanic.
