Each time I go to Steve's, I am treated with friendliness and respect. They listen to my concerns, and always provide great counsel in helping me choose the right course of action. Often times they share ways that I can save money, even when it means less work for them. They aren't the cheapest place I've been to, but they always provide me with top quality repairs, exceptional service, and are considerate of my time schedule. As an executive who happens to be female, I know when I am being taken advantage of, and when people are genuinely interested in taking care of me. At Steve's, they are concerned about taking care of my automotive repair and service needs, the facility is clean, the people are exceptionally friendly and qualified, and I have never had any problems working with them. I don't mind paying a few extra dollars for this type of service, because I still get more for my money than if I went back to some of the cheaper places I have went to.

I had consistent problems with brakes on a Ford Probe GT, but they actually took the time to fully and carefully examine them and find what all the other mechanics had missed ... then made a small correction which has solved the problem. They aren't a discount place, but I have full confidence that when they do the repair it is necessary, and it's done right.

These guys have worked on several of my vehicles. From brake jobs, fuel system repairs. They once found that a cigar had been put into my sons fuel system; ouch! It cost me (and my son-his practical joking friends too!), but they determined the issue and got me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time and money. They have done several brake jobs for me at very reasonable prices, and they use quality materials. Whether it be an oil change or a safety inspection, these guys are on top of it. Courteous too! They go out of there way to make you feel comfortable and informed about your vehicle. And better yet, if you have time, there is plenty of shopping nearby.

Until I went to Steves, I never trusted a mechanic to work on my cars without me being there, looking over their shoulder. With Steves, I feel very comfortable leaving my vehicles to be worked on knowing that when I pick it up, the problem is fixed and they can tell me exactly was wrong. My fiancé, her son, and my family are all die hard fans of Steves. Great job guys!!!

They are great. I brought in my car a few times, and they returned it to me without charging when they couldn't find a problem. They have since done other work on my vehicle (for a charge, of course) and have always been reasonably priced, prompt, and have taken the time to explain the problem. Excellent work, Bob!

I recommend Steve's wholeheartedly, and I've been taking my Subarus there for more than 15 years. They are very reliable and honest.
