Extremely honest and reliable. They know their stuff and they know many cars very well. My highest esteem for their professional mechanical sevices and attitiude.

Mark Grimm got my business for all my cars in 1993 when my wife was having problems with her Volvo wagon. For no apparent reason the front and rear wipers would turn on all by themselves with no rhyme, reason, or way to stop them. This was particularly annoying during those rare sunny days we have in Oregon. Even more annoying was the price the dealer wanted ($1,000+) to "try to fix it" since they weren't really sure what was wrong. Pam took the car to Mark Grimm and got a call later in the day from him telling her to pick up her car, the problem was fixed. Mark's fee: $25. I don't take the Volvo, my Honda, or our '71 Bug convertible anywhere else now.

My '96 Pontiac Grand Am had a rear passenger window that wouldn't roll up. When I went to pick it up, the window had suddenly worked. They were honest, told me what had happened and didn't charge me a penny.

A great place to have the periodic service done to your vehicle. Grimm's doesn't automatically replace parts--only if they're needed. And they don't charge for 'unneeded' work. Nice, trustworthy, competent people.

Took my Toyota in for a pre-sale check up. I was prepared to hear that it needed a bit of work to get top dollar. (You'd also expect that a mechanic would find something to fix) Not in this case, I was told to sell it don't put any more money into it. Always easy to deal with.
