These guys are incredibly competent and honest. They are extremely friendly and go out of their way to help. I was ready to give up and sell my Cherokee after taking it to several places, then I found this shop. They made my car run well for the first time in years and have allowed me to not have to buy a new car.

Jeepers and Bill are the best! I have been taking my '95
Grand Cherokee to them for a couple years and I would never
consider going anywhere else. In fact I drive 65 miles one
way because I trust them with my Jeep, all the while
driving right past Jeep dealers and lots of mechanics
shops. If you own a Jeep, you need to take it to Jeepers.

I had taken my Jeep Cherokee for a regular maintenance check when the Jeep
dealer service manager called to tell me they thought my Jeep had a warped or
cracked head gasket and that they had found coolant in the oil. I had had no
problems with my Jeep Cherokee, so I was surprised to get this call. He rattled
off the prices for a rebuilt or remanufactured engine, then seemed shocked
when I said I was going to get a second opinion. I took it to Jeepers and they
inspected it and found nothing wrong with it. No coolant in the oil, etc. They
told of a repair I could think about having done in the future (my Jeep has
120,000 miles on it and has been running swell the entire time), but nothing
had to be done at this time, etc. I feel Jeepers did a great job. They were truthful
and competent, and Bill is a pleasant person to work with. The person working
on my car called after the inspection and explained things very clearly. I will
take my car to Jeepers for all service from here on out.

Bill Erickson and his crew are honest, thorough,
experienced, efficient, and all-around great people to do
business with. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Bill is the nicest mechanic I've ever met! I must have
called him 6 times within a few hours because I was freaking
out over the antifreeze gushing from my engine, and he was
helpful and patient with me each call. He gave me an
estimate (over the phone!) and when the bill came it was
exactly what he estimated. He has a deal with a local Hertz
rent-a-car, so the rate is cheaper for his customers, and he
even splits that with you! I told him I needed the
immediate problem (the broken water pump) fixed and wanted
him to let me know what else needed fixing to keep it going
another 6 mo. or 10,000 miles. He was honest and said that
my brakes had another 20% left, and there was other stuff
that would need fixing, but they didn't need immediate
attention, so I can wait the 10,000 miles. Great
experience, will definitely go back!!

changes to replacing my transmission, they have always done
an excellent job! A+ work and service everytime! If you
own a Jeep, this is the place to go!! Thanks Bill!
