I have NEVER had to return my vehicle to their shop because of a poorly done job. They always have fixed the problem on the first try. My Jeep is constantly in need of repair and they are always ready to fix it quickly. One time they tried to fix an unfixable seat problem. Dan spent over an hour of his time pulling it out, finding all the problems on both parts of the seat, and even calling around for replacement parts. They also give me a discount on parts. I have had too many problems with other mechanics to even think about going elsewhere!

I never felt less than others who were more familiar with cars. I needed a check up for my car and they made a detailed list of what needed fixing and what could wait. They even tightened up nuts and bolts on things I had installed. They made an estimate on the repairs, suggested ways to fix things I could handle, and didn't presure me to decide anything right away. It was a really positive experience and I feel more confident driving my car now than I did before.
