They were very fair & reasonable. They provide courtesy van service & the shop area is clean. They have a free car wash with any service . Being a female in search of an honest repair service is not always a pleasant position to be in but they didn't take advantage of me nor did they make me feel stupid or inferior because I asked questions. Very pleasant experience with them & I'm sad I moved away !

Very well-run business, competent and reliable. We've been taking our aging Taurus wagon their for 2+ years, with excellent results. I strongly recommend them without reservations.

The employees at this shop (also known as Sun Automotive) are always very courteous and friendly. I've gone to them for oil changes and scheduled maintenance and they always finish by the end of the day, and I've never had any problems with their work. Their prices on scheduled maintenance beat the local dealership for my car. My only complaint is that they often try to upsell extra maintenance/preventive services (on top of the mfr recommended ones) when you drop off your car. If you ask, they'll explain what the service is and why you need it, but when put on the spot it can be hard to know if it's really as necessary as they make it sound. Usually when I go home and look it up, it's in a gray zone -- not strictly necessary (otherwise the manufacturer would have recommended it!), but not an outright scam either. Probably no different than any other good mechanic trying to make a few bucks.
