Gabe and Marc are pros! They are honest (yes Tommy, there are such folks), competent and thorough. They even made my wife happy...made her feel like a real person! That is no easy task. We are in the process of purchasing a home some 20 miles from here, but will gladly return to The Car Shop for our auto maintenance needs. Ziggy & Guin Szczepanski

Very professional. Loaner cars or give you a ride to home/work. Knowledgable about a large variety of makes & models. Try to keep the cost reasonable. My comment about "respond well when they screw something up" applies to the comment about trying to keep the cost reasonable. I had them replace the timing belt on a Honda Accord. I suggested they replace all the belts, hoses, ignition, and other small items at that time so we would have a couple of years of trouble-free operation. They did not replace the ignition module because it seemed fine. Less than a week later it failed! Marc towed the car to his shop and replaced the module at no charge - not even the service call or towing bill!!!!! He was very embarrased. I recommend these guys highly!!!
