What a joke this place is. My GF went to them and they treated her like a number. Their mission statement (See below) was missed entirely, especially the one on one relationship BS. She turned in her keys to the receptionist and given a number to place on her roof. She was never directed to speak with a mechanic about the symptoms... maybe that's why they misdiagnosed the issue the first time (difficulty starting and hard sputtering once turned over). After replacing the Idle Air Control for $180 the problem had not been solved. Giving them a chance to correct the error, she returned and left the car there for a day for further diagnosis in which they said they could not recreate the problem but then, miraculously, they stated it was the starter motor. Then, wait, half hour later they said it was the fuel pump, oh and it will cost her another $260. No credit offered for the misdiagnosis. Never did she speak with a mechanic during her visits and her receipts are not itemized to include even mention of the labor costs. I've been to much better mechanics that take me into the shop and I speak directly with the mechanic who worked on my car and I see the parts they replaced. I'm surprised they didn't tell her her headlight fluid was low... We won't be going back there ever again! Nor will we recommend them to friends.
