I love these guys. They've done several tune ups on my VW, and it's nearing 150K miles and going strong. I always get a bit of satisfaction turning away from the dealership across the street to let them work on my car. They'll do all my work on this car and my next VW too.

My husband and I have been going to the Ole Volks home for 25 years for a Rabbit, a Golf and 2 Vanagons. We are able to talk directly to the person who is working on our vehicle and feel comfortable doing so. We have rated all of the survey questions with top ratings and have recommended them to others.

After a $600.00 repair bill for re-sealing the oil filter housing from the Dealership across the road, I decided to shop for my next mechanic. Young's have worked on my wife's 2004 TDI wagon and my 1996 Jetta sedan since I found them. I consider myself the maintenance manager for my vehicles, but due to my schedule, desire and place in my life, it is a great feeling to have found such honest and competent technicians to turn the wrenches and provide their wealth of knowledge. I scheduled a timing belt replacement on my '96, the work was completed when I arrived, yet the hood was still open. Gary wanted to show me what additional work he chose to do, since I did not answer my cell phone when he called to ask. He replaced the Accy. belt and Idler as well, chose not to replace the timing belt idler because it was still tight. The bill was $7.00 more then quoted and saved me ten times that amount and the frustration when the Accy. would have broken. That noise that I was used to because it came on so slowly over time, is now gone and my car runs as quite as when it was new. This is the type of technician I want working on my car. One who treats it like it's his own. As long as they chose to be mechanics, they have a loyal customer in me.
