It's not uncommon for an auto repair shop manager to see dollar signs when a woman drops off a car. You know what I mean--you take your car in for an oil change and walk out with a $500 repair bill and then a week later you're back in the shop because your car is making sounds you've never even imagined before. This is definitely NOT the case with Boyers. I know that I'm paying slightly more than I would at other repair shops in my area. However, I also know that they're going to fix my car the first time, and in a reasonable amount of time. Also, I'm certain that this is just PR on their part, but they always make me feel as if my car is their first priority.

Boyer's saved our day. Pulled into town for an OSU Football game and heard a terrible noise that turned out to be a bad water pump. At 1:00 on a Saturday afternoon, we thought we were stranded and out of luck. A local told us he thought Boyers was still open, so we limped into their garage and were told they could get to it right away. They had us fixed up for a reasonable price and on out way by 3:30. They are Great!

These guys fix what they can and tell you when it is a problem that needs to go to dealer. Always courteous. Always let me know status, how long they will have car, etc. A great "old fashioned" service station.
