Work has always been done right for a reasonable price. Have never had to second guess them. They were able to help me with my Saab, which are not the easiest cars to work on. They have my highest recommendation.

When I go there I tell them to just fix the problem without fear of unnecessary repairs being made and the freight is very reasonable. No pressure for un-needed repairs. Friendly employees. Very trustworthy.

I have been dealing there for 14 years. The rates are very good and the work is done on time. One time the part wore out in three months and when brought back John the owner replaced it without question or cost. Recommend this repair shop very highly. When I go there I do not demand explanations. I tell them to just fix it and the work gets done and very reasonable when compared to shops closer to my home. All employees are also very friendly even when shop owner is gone.

Been taking family cars there for about 5 years now. Have never had a bad experience. John's was recommended by my mother-in-law who was treated with great respect and honesty. Absolutely the best auto repair shop I have ever visited (in my 68 years).

My husband passed away a year ago and he was always on top of all our car maintenance but told me to ask a trusted friend who they would recommend and that is what I did. John's is apparently very highly recommended by people/women like me who needs to know that the problems will be solved without being mislead or overcharged. Which by th way happened twice for me with the dealership.

I took my 2000 Toyota Avalon to have my brakes replaced. They gave me a ride home because I only have 1 car. They called me back and said my brakes were just fine. By the way my Toyota has 75,000 miles on it and the brakes have never been touched. They could have very easily repaced my brakes and I wouldn't have any complaints but they are evidently very honest. Ted from Bethany OK.

Thanks to this site I've found a good shop. I took my Rav4 in for new spark plugs and wires. After checking it over, they said my wires were fine and only needed the plugs. Any other shop I've been to would have thrown the new wires in even if they weren't needed just for the extra sale. Integrity can be hard to find in shops these days.
