We found Roy at RT Auto by accident a few days after we
moved across the state in 2008. During the drive to our
new home my cady started spewing oil like the Exxon Valdez.
Broke, because it was just days after Christmas, I feared
the worst. I had to find someone in a new town to work on
a Cadillac that was over a decade old (1995). Dollr signs
were rolling past my eyes. A nice old fella pointed me to
Roy at RT Auto (Roy "is" RT Auto) and said if anyone could
fix the cady, Roy could. $119 and day later I was on my
way. Roy replaced the sending unit (and fixed a leaking
hose I didn't know about) in the blink of an eye. Roy has
kept more than one of my "junk" vehicles alive long past
it's expiration date since then. He even did an emergency
road-side visit when I spotted a stranded mother and her
kids on my way home from work (at 5:45pm no less). Roy is
the real deal. I hope I die before he retires, cause I'm
not sure what I'd do without him.
