Have always gotten my vehicles in when it was convenient for me.

I had to go back to them three times (and finally hijacked a mechanic for a
test drive) to convince them there was a problem in the front end of my 2001
Ford Ranger. The previous times I'd had the vehicle in no one could "hear
anything wrong." I took the mechanic out on the busy highway in front of the
dealership, got the truck up to 60 mph and asked him if he thought there was
a problem.
It was obvious from the noise in the front end that there was - so much so
the mechanic asked me to pull off the road immediately (he didn't want to be
in the vehicle - at least not at 60 mph).
Resolution: They replaced the ball joints and outer tie rod ends on the vehicle
- a 2001 Ford Ranger with less than 40,000 miles on it.
I drove the vehicle home only to have the sound re-appear within a day. I
returned the vehicle, they checked the front end, again, and replaced the
inner tie rod ends.
Problem gone - and it was still under warranty, so the entire deal cost me
only $50.
The thing that's unfortunate is I had to go back multiple times to
convince them there was a problem.

Pallotta Ford does great work on all our vehicles, both in
the dealer shop and the Quick Lane. The employees are
always very respectful.
