In my professional career, I've worked with car dealerships since 1994, so I know
about effective labor rates, job time scheduled for the work and profit margins
on parts and services. I actually stopped servicing my car at my local Chevy
dealer once I tried this shop for a major repair (already quoted by the Chevy
dealer) and I've never gone back. They've performed everything from LOFs to
replacing a rear wheel differential and are always up front about cost, time and
service guarantees.
