Terry, Rich, and Marcus are the greatest. I had a warning light come on in my van and they had to replace the front wheel bearing assembly. Within a couple of weeks the same warning light came on and I expected to be replacing the other side front bearing assembly. After some looking I received a minimal charge and was shown where a ground hog had chewed some wires off the back wheel sensor. These guys are very honest and fair. I always leave there laughing with some good stories to tell. I have and will continue to recommend T. Gray's to anyone looking for a good repair job at an honest price. They are a breath of fresh air.

You need to visit Terry and Rich. Their shop is low frills and they take great joy in completing jobs at a fraction of the cost you would pay the dealer. Their style of doing business would make great reading for anyone who wants to please a customer. They are down home boys with a sense of humor which rivals Click and Clack. Invoices are hand written. If you turn the invoice over it reads. OUR POLICY We try sincerely to handle all service work, honestly, efficiently and at a fair price! Should you ever have a question regarding our work, please feel free to bring it to us. Thank you! They have kept my 96 Olds Regency on the road for 253,000 miles now working on brakes, transmission, electrical, tie rods, struts, and cooling system. My kids 2001 Dodge Avenger 110,000 miles and 1992 Plymouth Duster 150,000 miles have gotten extra life at the hands of these boys.

Thanks to the person that gave their recommendation for these guys. They are everything they said. I lost my previous mechanic and was looking for a place that could replace a guy that I trusted. I feel I found it. They came in on their estimate as given, got done on time, gave me a ride home and picked me up when done. I'll be back.

After having several high cost repairs done by these guys, to my satisfaction by the way, I was experiencing starter problems, as well as a "traction system inoperative" light on an increasing frequency,I took the car again. I expected to have a starter replaced, as well as a sensor for the ABS system. When I got my car back I was charged for 1 hour labor because they found a bad connection on the starter, cleaned it and the "traction system" light was gone too. A less than honest shop could have run the charges up quite high as I had no way to know. These guys are good and honest, and can be trusted to do a good job and charge a fair price as well. If you need to trust someone with your car, these guys are the ones to call.

The guys at T Gray are wonderful! As a single woman, mechanics often try to scam you, but these guys have never been anything but honest and polite. They do great work at great prices and they are willing to pick you up or drop you off if you need a ride while your car is being fixed. I can't recommend these guys enough!

I had new tires put on by a local tire place. They told me I needed a new control arm on a back tire. About $750 to fix. I decided to get a 2nd opinion. I read the comments on this web site and decided to try T Gray's. They were wonderful. It was so refreshing to go in there and be told the truth. They do engine work but they looked at all 4 wheels, with weight and without weight and found nothing wrong. The guy even gave me credit for getting a second opinion. I was out of there in 20 min.

These guys put in the extra mile on two of the hottest days of the year to get my old truck roadworthy again to haul a camper on the upcoming weekend! Work quality was great, price was EXTREMELY reasonable, and they were friendly and patient to deal with over the phone. Will definitely be going back when the next catastrophe strikes....
