When I originally had trouble with my Cadillac, Ray was the only mechanic I took it to who could tell me things I did not already know, and his explanation of the problem actually made a lot of sense. He had my car for a week on the first visit and while he greatly improved the driveability of it, he felt that it was still not quite right and pointed me in the right direction to solve the problem. Since then, I have had other work done at his shop and have ALWAYS been pleased with the results and the price. I have referred many friends to Ray and have never had one of them return dissatisfied. I HIGHLY recommend Santa Fe to anyone looking for an honest, fairly priced shop. This is not a "parts throwing" operation. They actually take the time to find the trouble and fix it the first time.

Very honest and reasonable. Ray saved me hundreds of dollars the Toyota dealership wanted to charge me. Straight forward with what he can fix and what has to be fixed. Vehicle done within the day. Call early to get an appointment because Ray's week fills up. (216) 398-8777 My dashlights went out on my Toyota Rav4. They figured it out and only had to clean a resistor behind the speedometer. Ray could have told me anything and charged me anything. All in all, it cost me 20 bucks. I highly recommend them. One of the few 100% honest mechanics still out there.
