My wife grees particularly with the manner in which this shop treats women customers. We had them recommended to us before we moved to town, have always been delighted with the service, and nor have we been disappointed at our choice. Some in Oxford contend that prices are high. We believe that we are getting what we pay for from Spring St. The only times we have had to go back to them about a job is for further adjustment. We have never required them nor anyone else to correct something they did wrong. We can only recommend them with the highest praise, based upon our experience

Unlike some others here, we don't find their prices high. But then we moved here from a large city (Columbus) where *everything* costs more. They had some trouble fixing a power window in our older Saturn and were gracious about fixing it right (at their expense) and even delivering the car to our house one time. They really work hard to get things right ... and this episode was the only time that anything wasn't right the first time.

As a young (18 year old) female, I was slightly apprehensive about taking my car somewhere i did not know the employees, but they all took their time explaining the problem, how it worked, what messed up, and all my options. When other automotive stores could have used my ignorance about the workings of a car against me and charged me considerably more, they explained things to prevent that in the future and charged me half less than i had been quoted elsewhere. They also asked if i had time constraints and when i answered yes, they were more than happy to comply. I highly recommend them to everyone in the area.

we've taken various cars to Spring Street auto for about 20 years and find them to be honest and reliable. The price is reasonable, though not cheap, in other words, you get what you pay for. They have occasionally made minor repairs and adjustments for free, or have told us to take the problem to a dealer. On the one or two times they didn't get it right the first time they fixed it without further charge. We and at least one friend have noticed that they don't believe female customers as much as males. We have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.
