I have been going to Heisley Tire & Brake since their doors opened in the early 90's. My entire family (including in-laws) and friends all frequent their shop for regular maintenance and tires to extensive repairs. Their prices are always reasonable and they are very honest and knowledgeable with their diagnosis of the vehicles problems. I highly suggest checking them out for all your vehicle needs.

On a long road trip the car was acting up. On the recommendation of someone living in the NE Ohio area we took the car to Heisley. They couldn't reproduce the problem, but they did look it over thoroughly. When they didn't find anything wrong, they explained the two problems that could have been occurring, and that while they were annoying, neither would be a safety hazard. Better yet: Heisley didn't charge us! If we lived in the area we'd go back every time.

They were incompetent to say the least. When I got my car back my gas pedal compressed all of the way to the floor. Then we opened the hood to find out he broke a cable assembly to my accelerator apparatus. Then he "fixed it" with a tie wrap. Then there was the time I had the same car in there for a Strut repair and they told me not to worry and the strut gave out a 1/4 mile down the road and I almost wreaked. Then there was the time a friend went there and all of a sudden he had a transmission leak. That is not what he went there for and that is not what he ever had before. Then we looked at it and found all of the however many screws there were all were loose exactly the same on the fluid pan cover. A turn and a half for each one. PUHHHLEEEEZZZEEE! Try to tell me they aren't dealing baldy with customers?
