Roger Wallace is the service manager at this shop and he
is fantastic! As a woman I am more than happy to say that
he will not try to pull your leg or perform unnecessary
repairs. He is probably one of the last honest
technicians. And if a mistake happens Roger is always
ready to fix it. My view is this, whether Roger is at
Quality or wherever else he goes, I will pick him 10 times
out of 10!!
