I have taken my car to Jeff and Dave for 3 years and am NEVER unhappy with the service and care that I get. I've been known to get the diagnostics done at another shop or dealership (they don't have my old Subaru diagnostics there) and then have Ken do the work at J & D's because he is competent and they consistently beat everyone else's price.
