I first met Larry (and his brothers) when I was a poor, broke college student. Even though I didn't have two dimes to rub together, these gentlemen treated me fairly and honestly. Additionally, my wife (who despises cars and car repair, in general) has become comfortable enough to take her Mazda 626 in on her own, knowing that she won't be charged for service she doesn't need, and that the repairs or service she does need will be completed competently at a fair price, and explained to her in a way she can understand. I really can't say enough nice things about Larry, Gary, and Terry with the lone exception being that I can never tell their voices apart on the phone. When you call you'll see what I mean. I'd be a fool to take my vehicle anywhere else.

I had a carberator problem in my 1984 Caravan. They checked it out and said it was not a hazard and said if it was his 300 - $400 dollars he would live with the slight every now and then surging that occured until it failed - no charge. Their rates are standard and they are all on salary, no commision. Never have I or any of my friends been cheated or felt cheated. Quality work and very honest

I have had multiple cars in for repair and each time they did a good job. They have made mistakes but have also always owned up to it and made things right without any extra charges. They even had a car of mine in for a week trying to fix an electrical problem and then informed me that it would not be right for them to fix it as this type of problem should be handled by a dealer. They did not charge me a dime even though they had done extensive troubleshooting on it. They even suggested a dealer. Took the car to the dealer and everything is fine. I like a mechanic who will tell you when it's better for someone else to fix as it makes me more confident that what they do fix they are extremely comptenent. I recommend them to everyone!

These guys are what auto service should be about. They care for their customers -- treat them all like family (or better) and give advice based on "what I would do if this were my decision to make" not on what yields the greatest profit margin. They always explain what they need to do and why. My wife constantly compliments them on their manners and patience in working with her so that she's comfortable with them and what they're doing. I can't say enough good about these guys. Been a customer of theirs for at least 15 years and wouldn't consider letting anyone else work on my cars. Integrity, Fairness, and Skill. What more can you ask for?

I've been going there for over 16 years. Larry & the crew are just exceptional: I'd sooner like to find a new cardiologist, than another mechanic! They always call in advance for approval before beginning any repairs or maintenance. They possess extreme honesty & integrity, always having acted in my best interests, and not their own. They fix what needs fixing, & they leave what doesn't. I cannot recommend them more strongly.
