I have been going to AutoTech Unlimited since they opened up at this location in 1994. They have always treated me fairly and get the car repaired right the first time. They are very quick and offer free loaner cars for repairs that take more than 1 day! I recommend then highly.

Approximately 2-3 years ago, had my 2003 GMC Sonoma pickup in for repairs. 1) 1st visit did not fix--charged for diagnosis 2) 2nd visit did not fix --charged again for diagnosis 3) called again to shop because problem was not fixed. They attempted AGAIN to charge me for diagnosis ($70). I complained about their attempt to charge me for the 3rd time for diagnosis. Their response was they have to charge me AGAIN. I said NO WAY since you didn't repair it the 1st two times.I no longer do business with this shop because of being treated unfairly, not to mention their repair costs are too pricey compared to other shops. P.S. The visits to this shop were over a 2 week period. Also, they are supposed to be a AAA highly rated shop. That is just not true! Also, my repair(ha) charges were over $500, and the problem was not fixed!
