This is a place where the owner really likes working on cars. I have only been there once but plan on returning for all car work. Every customer that was there told of good work, the owner is honest and fast. He fixed the rear latch on my 96 Honda van in less than 15 minutes total time. The other place (a dealership) told me it would have to be completely replaced, could not even fix it to where it would remain unlocked. G-tech had it opened in less than a minute and completely fixed in less than 20 minutes. I guess he does everything, someone said he rebuilt an engine, others just there getting routine stuff. By the way the dealership estimated the cost of replacing the whole lock system at over $500 - this guy replaced the tailgate handle - part was 132 and labor was 58.

My only stop for car repairs and routine maintenance. If he can't fix it he will tell you why.

Broke down passing through Dayton, had my van towed to G-Tech based on Mechanics Files reviews. They were patient when I had trouble accepting their diagnosis, thinking it didn't explain entirely what I had experienced. After their suggested repair got it running again, they again patiently talked through how the failed fuel pump could have caused what I experienced, and finally persuaded me. The additional diagnosis that they performed did not add anything to the original quoted price.
