They are a very competent and honest bunch who won't sell you a bunch of service you don't need. They have kept my Mom's 13 year old Saturn running great for many years. You don't need appointment, just drop the car off in the morning and they'll give you a call with a diagnosis and an estimate. I've never had to leave the car overnight for anything.

I've been taking my car there for about 6 years. I've had several experiences where they pointed out items that they could fix, but were essentially cosmetic, so that I could decide whether or not to have the work done. The most recent one had to do with my brakes. They squeak fairly often. They noticed this when I took the car in for something that was rattling. They said that the brakes were working fine, that they'd have to do quite a bit of work to get rid of the squeak, but that if I could live with the squeak, it wasn't necessary to do the work. As the first reviewer said, they're very good about doing same day repairs. I've always been able to drop my car off without an appointment and pick it up again the same day.
