I picked this place because it was located close by, seeing as my car needed towing. I had heard nothing of them and was taking a large chance not knowing anything about them. They have performed repairs on my brakes, starter, alignment, and oil change. Each time they worked on my car, they called me and gave me an estimate, which they stuck to. They did not charge me for a disc kit for my brakes when they realized that charging me for it would have gone over their estimate. If they are running behind, they call and let you know it will take longer than expected, and if necessary, will bump you up if you need the repairs in a hurry. They recommended a towing service for my car that was inexpensive and friendly (Hook CS Towing). The people who work there have always been friendly and offered discounts if their repair work caused any inconvenience. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone in the west Columbus area. Truly a very reliable, honest, and good repair shop.
