Keith and his employees are the most professional group I have ever used. Dawn makes you feel like you are "part of the family" and she takes all the time necessary (and then some) to make you feel important. Keith has always gone "one step beyond" to help and to be fair. He deals with many "older adults" and IF they need special assistance, he is always willing to GIVE! You will never find anyone more compassionate to the economical burden that we are all experiencing. He will provide transportation necessary if your car has to be left. He provides you with a "ride home" so you are not stranded! He always calls and lets you know the "minimum amount" that is safe for you to pay for now and what you might need down the road. You never feel taken advantage of and you always know that Bexley Automotive is fair and considerate of your needs. He guarantees his work and follows up with a phone call to be sure each car is working properly.

They seem honest most of the time. They fix routine matters easily but seem more hit and miss on more advanced problems. One time they suggested we needed new tires when they were only 3 months old!

I can't believe you have no other info on this place! I had a 10 year-old Dodge Caravan that had 180'000 mi. on it and I offered it to my Mother who was in need of a car. The catch was, while it was in good condition, the AC did not work, and it was to be driven to AZ. When my mom and uncle arrived to drive it off, he noticed an unusual noise coming from the rear. He said it needed a fuel pump, which is located in the gas tank. We called Bexley Automotive and was told that it would have to be ordered. As this was Friday, and my relatives itinerary was to leave Sat. morning, this was looking unfortunate indeed. However, they had such a pump on-hand for another customer, who they called and explained the circumstances to. That customer was not in a hurry for their repair and allowed the pump to be installed on our vehicle, getting my Mother and Uncle on the road as scheduled! Now THAT'S Service!!!

I needed a pre-purchase inspection of a 2005 Highlander and they were kind enough to work me in at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon. The mechanic was highly competent and explained everything to me. About 4 customers came in while I was awaiting completion of my inspection and they were obiviously return customers; which made me feel good. I highly recommend them! The receptionist (Dawn) was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond by helping me with directions back to the dealership when my phone/navigation system battery died.

At Bexley Auto Repair Center, they are honest, reliable, thorough, punctual, professional and helpful. My husband and I have been taking our cars to Keith for over 10 years. I don't know anything about cars, so I appreciate having a mechanic keeps track of maintenance tied to mileage (e.g. 60,000 mile checkup) and who test drives the car after every oil change to see how it drives and to listen for new noises. The few times our cars weren't driveable, he took care of us right away. Dawn, who schedules appointments, is very good, as are the rest of the mechanics.
