This shop is actually Bexley Automotive, and is at 2825
Delmar, just off Cassidy and south of the railroad. I found
them on this site, and gave them a try. They had a key drop,
which is the only way I can leave a car. And Keith called
early the next morning with the diagnosis. He explained the
problem in detail, as well as all the components of the fix.
It was very reasonable, and he had it finished the same day.
We're going to take all our cars there from now on!

I have had all three of my vehicles in for Keith to examine. Without a doubt, he has always diagnosed the problem correctly the first time and his costs were consistently at or below his estimates. On the rare occasion that the estimate had to be revised, he invariably explains exactly why there is a discrepancy (e.g. additional damage not readily apparent) I would (and have) recommend(ed) Keith to my friends and colleagues

Bexley Automotive has taken care of my husband's and my Toyotas for many
years, and he's always done an excellent job. I'm still driving a '95 Tercel, and
I never get stranded. The one time we had a problem (the new brakes on my
husband's Camry squeaked in the rain), Keith replaced them with a new set.
We are very happy with this garage and recommend them to anyone!

This is the best shop overall that I've used in the
Columbus area, bar none. The price is always the best--and
I call up and compare. The chains just cannot beat Keith.
The biggest problem I have is that they are closed on
Saturdays. Since I work on the other side of town, I am
always trying to juggle dropping the car off with
carpooling with my spouse in order to accomodate their
hours. All in all, it's worth it, though.

Keith and his crew of three or four mechanics are all aces.
They have taken care of my family's fleet of three cars and
one truck for the past 8 years. We almost never have a
breakdown because of regular maintenance and always feel
safe driving very old vehicles (82 Chrysler, 87 Ford truck,
& 88 and 89 Chevys). Never a problem with being charged too
much. When it's a problem they don't handle, they refer
you to excellent, competent other shops; they also refer
you to specialty shops that do things cheaper to save you
money. Can you believe this? Everything you have said
about the virtures of knowing your mechanic is true.

The staff is great-they took the time to really help us with
ongoing VW problems AND the costs were very reasonable
(particularly in comparison with the dealer). Our
experiences with our VW led to bringing our Mazada in for
all of its maintenance.

I've been having this shop do maintenance and repair on my
cars for years. In addition to agreeing with all of the
other kudos, I want to add that several times, after
spending the better part of a day trying to fix a problem
and not being able to, Keith charged nothing.

Keith and his crew always go above and beyond the call of
duty. I have referred many people to him. I have done
business with him for over 10 years. Right now he helps me
care for 3 vehicles. He has even referred me to car
dealers and has advocated in my behalf when they did me
wrong. On many occasions he has spent time/hours with my
cars and has ended up charging me nothing. He is also
always willing to do small evaluations and/or adjustments,
such as installing a light bulb or wiper blade. He even
checks and fills my tires in a moments notice. Along with
all of this he is very personable, empathetic and caring,
especially when I have to spend lots of money on my cars.
I can't say enough about Keith. I really aprpreciate the
service he provides. I trust him and and very thankful
that I know him.

I have trusted our two (now three) vehicles to Keith Harris
and Bexley Automotive for almost 15 years. Two of our
vehicles (1993 Dodge Shadow with 243,000 miles, 1989
Mercury Tracer with 157,000 miles) are testaments to the
outstanding work performed by Keith and his colleagues over
the years. One of our critical criteria when selecting a
new car two years ago (2007 Ford Taurus) was that Keith be
able to work on it. I trust Keith enough to tell him a
priori to do whatever he needs to do, as we know that he
will not make unnecessary repairs. I cannot say enough
about the outstanding technical expertise, ethics, honesty,
and cost considerations of Bexley Automotive, and would
recommend him without hesitation for any automotive
mechanical repair.
