I had an S-10 towed there with a dead fuel pump. They verified my diagnosis and replaced it quickly. Haven't had a problem since. I was a little concerned, because their lot is always extremely full, but the turn-around time is excellent. Between the lot full of cars and the messy office, they don't look like a reputable shop, but they most certainly are. I plan on returning to them if I need other repairs done.

My husband and I have both been taking our cars here since
we moved to Columbus 8 years ago. I have been EXCEEDINGLY
happy with this shop. I recently had my first problem
related to their work, and am actually writing to tell you
how well they dealt with it. Thursday they replaced the
front axle in my car; Friday evening my car broke down on
315, just a bit north of their shop. I called at 5:30 and
started to leave a message saying I was going to have the
car towed to their shop, but Jerry answered the phone,
arranged an immediate tow, and offered to give me a ride
home.
To make a long story short, there was apparently a
manufacturer's defect in the axle they installed (and I
actually believe him about that). Today is the following
Monday, and he just called and said they fixed the car,
made sure there was no other damage, and it's ready to be
picked up. No charge for any of it.
Everyone screws up sometimes (whether it's a mechanic or a
manufacturer!), but I absolutely think that someone who
takes pains to make up their mistakes is someone I want to
keep doing business with.

I have been taking my vehicles to Tom and Jerrys for many
years. I love the small, family atmosphere. Since Jerry's
daughter came on board a few years ago, the office has
become much neater and more organized. I have always found
Jerry to be honest, kind and courteous. Tom (Jerrys father)
of Tom and Jerry's passed away some years ago. He is sadly
missed. They never fixed what didn't fixing, never
overcharged me, and if there was ever a problem after I
drove my car off of the lot, it was seen to immediately
with no extra charge to myself. If I need a ride home or to
work, they always come through for me. They always go the
extra mile. They have been in business since 1931, so I
expect they must be doing something right. I recommend
them highly to everyone I know.
