These guys never went to garage operator's schoo!. As an example, I had a check engine code indicating an O2 sensor problem. They actually checked the sensor, found it to be operating prooperly, and told me not to repalace it yet. They lost an opportunity to sell me a new sensor, as well as whatever might have broken while repalcing it. It continues operating well several thousand miles later.
