I have only had one experience with this shop. I found them on your site, by the way. The shop was clean. The price was fair. I am very satisfied and will patronize them again.

My husband has been taking his cars to Effler's since the shop first opened. Jim is friendly, honest and genuinely loves his work. We can take the car to him and say "It's broken" and he will fix whatever's wrong without overcharging or doing unnecessary repairs. I don't think he could sleep at night if he thought he was cheating a customer.

A shop that prides itself in getting it right.

Jim no longer owns this shop, but the guys who took over seem to be interested in maintaining the quality and reputation. They replaced the alternator on my car the second time when the first one turned out to be faulty, with no hassle or cost.

Have used them for several years now to keep an 11 year old Cadillac and a 12 year old Chevy Van going. Service great and generally fast. Keep you informed and I think their prices are fair. Used to do a lot of work on my cars myself, but no more as long as I have these people to go to.
